What is Trex?
Trex is a composit material comrpised of 95% recycled materials - namely, recycled wood, sawdust and plastics. This earth-friendly formula, will not rot, warp, peel, or be devoured by termites. Period. Trex offers a 25-Year Limited Residential Warranty against material defects.
What is the difference between your Adirondack chairs and other Adirondack chairs on the market?
Our chair is the perfect chair on the beach, pool side, on the sundeck, in the backyard, on the front porch, around the fire pit or on the dock. Our handcrafted chairs are SOLID & STURDY but built with comfort in mind. Our chairs are designed to be UNIQUE, eye-catching and impressive, yet practical and virtually MAINTENANCE FREE! Our chairs are handcrafted from Trex which withstands even the harshest weather conditions. Although it will last decades, Trex comes with a 25 year warranty and will not shrink, swell, warp, splinter, rot, fade or delaminate and is insect resistant. Trex is manufactured right here in the USA.
Our chairs are cut and engraved on a CNC (Computer Numerical Control) Machine for precise fit on every component. After cutting, engraving & pouring the epoxy resin, every chair, table & ottoman is inspected and checked for proper fit. Each of the seat and back slats interlock for extra strength, durability and comfort. All chairs feature a rolled front design with a curved back and contoured seat and have a flexibility not found in the hard wooden chairs.
We use premium quality AMERICAN MADE stainless steel fasteners to prevent rust and corrosion.
We offer more than 60 different designs which can be engraved into the chair back. Once the engraving is complete, each design is hand poured using a premium quality colored epoxy resin. The resin will not fade, crack, or chip.
Our entire product line is manufactured in AMERICA using AMERICAN MATERIALS.
Why do our chairs actually cost less?
While your initial investment may seem higher our furniture is designed, manufactured and constructed to last decades and still perform as it did the first day you received it. If the initial investment is divided over 20 years the cost over 20 years will be less than that of many of our competitors for several reasons: 1) Our chairs will outlast many others on the market today by years. 2) Our chairs do not require painting or refinishing to be protected from even the harshest of weather elements. Adirondack chairs can cost from $20 to several hundred dollars. As the old saying goes, “You get what you pay for.” With our chairs, you get a lifetime warranty on workmanship and materials, American made products using, American made materials and labor. Over the life of the chair a Key Largo Adirondack chair will actually COST you LESS.
What is the difference between the Adirondack Style and the Highback Style chairs?
All of our chairs are manufactured using the same high quality American made materials. The difference between the 2 styles of chairs is the Highback style has a taller back and is positioned in a more upright manner. This makes the hightop style chair easier to stand up from. The Adirondack style has a shorter back and a more reclined position. Both chairs are designed with the rolled front, contoured seat and back design.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
Our goal is to ship all orders within 1-5 business days of when the order was received. For this reason, all items that ship within 1 business day cannot be cancelled once the item(s) have been purchased. For all items that ship in 2-5 business days or more, we will gladly ATTEMPT to process the cancellation, provided the order has not yet entered the shipping process. Custom/ personalized orders are final and may not be cancelled.
If the item you wish to cancel has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled by you or by our customer service department. However, you may return the item subject to our return policy.
In order to request a cancellation or change to your order, please call the manufacurer at 305-290-5522. To ensure timely processing of your cancellation, please do not send your request via email.
What is your return policy?
We strive to satisfy 100% of our customers! We pride ourselves in providing world-class products to our customers and we guarantee that you will become a customer for life with your order. We know that buying items online without the benefit of seeing them live and in person can be difficult for some. You can be confident that you can return any stock item for any reason or no reason within 30 days of the date of purchase for an exchange or full refund of its price. All items returned must be in new condition. and in the original packaging material in order to receive a full refund. Items returned under this policy are eligible for a refund. We will even pay to return the product if you are unhappy.
Please note: Made-to-order, personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for a refund. All sales of Made-to-order, personalized or custom made items are final. A return will not be accepted unless there was a manufacturing defect. If this occurred please contact us immediately.
What payment methods do you offer?
We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Personal Checks, Certified Checks or Money Orders. Please note that personal checks can take up to 3 weeks to clear at the bank and no products are shipped until the product is paid for.
Is assembly required and is it difficult?
Assembly is required and it is not difficult. We enclose assembly instructions with every chair and you can also find a PDF version on our website. We have also produced a step by step youtube.com video to show the complete assembly of the chair.
Can I buy a product and have it shipped to a different location as a gift?
